Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done by 10:00. It is mandatory to inform us in advance of your expected arrival time at the accommodation.
A cash deposit of €300.00 will be required to safeguard against any damage caused to Villa Monte Santo Estevão during the stay, and it will be fully refunded if no damage is found at check-out.
Monte Santo Estevão is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of jewellery, money, or any other valuables left in Villa Monte Santo Estevão.
Guests’ belongings left in Villa Monte Santo Estevão will be kept for 30 days after the check-out date, with the shipping cost being the full responsibility of the guest.
Villa Monte Santo Estevão is a non-smoking accommodation. Guests who violate this policy may be fined up to €750.00, according to the legislation (Law No. 109/2015, of August 26), and an extra cleaning fee of €75.00 may be charged.
Guests who do not vacate by the check-out time will be charged an additional accommodation fee for a full day. If the guest refuses to leave, Monte Santo Estevão reserves the right to enter the accommodation, remove their belongings, change the locks, and charge the respective cost, as well as take any other necessary actions.
